HI…
I AM FROM INDIA…
I tried the LOreal acne response peel system and it works to decongest
your face and does not break your face out. Good product. It’s the kit
with green on it.
So I have this routine that I follow, everyday I drink lot’s of water,
I jog, workout, sit in front of a red blue light, use a
non-comedogenic facial bar, facial peel, hypoallergenic body soap and
twice a week I use a sulfur treatment. I also use microderm cleansing
pads and heat therapy for acne as I feel it is needed. I also use oil
free spf sunblock products as well, everything I use is oil free
including a moisturizer.
I have done much research on the subject of acne, too much to rely go
in to and still have much to learn, one subject I’m currently looking
into is body detox used as a method for controlling acne. Fasting from
time to time and eating yogurt on a regular basis look promising.
However my latest acquired knowledge suggests that the best products
for acne are those that are endorsed by the F.D.A, if their are any.

If you noticed the acne you had when you were 15 has returned in your
30s, rest assured, you’re in good company. One in five women between the
ages of 25 and 40 suffer from adult acne. Here are a few facts about
adult acne and how to rid your skin of it:
Fact #1: Acne usually begins with blackheads Blackheads are not dirt,
they’re actually the result of oil and dead cells getting trapped in a
pore where they block the duct and mix with bacteria. They then turn
black when exposed to air. Red pimples develop when blackheads become
inflamed and they spread when touched with dirty hands. When the pimple
becomes infected, it develops a whitehead or pustule. These can break
and cause scars.
Fact #2: There are several causes of adult acne These are: Stress, bad
cosmetics, hormones and birth control pills. Stress causes your oil

thanks very much 4 the tips more power and GOD BLESS
From what I can tell, Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic Acid do two
different things. BP is used to destroy the bacteria (P Acnes) that
remains plugged in the pores and SA is used to clear the aftermath of
blackhead and whiteheads. So if BP is used, there is a chance that
acne can be controlled, but if SA is used, a person will continue to
have break-outs because it doesn’t destroy the P Acnes. This is just
my perception…it is interesting to read so since it has been part
of a discussion, I thought I’d offer a website that can explain more
in detail.
Note: Prior to using either one, you may want to look up the
details/effects/use of each. I’ve used many a meds…
Blue Copper and Zinc are natural clearing ingredients and helps to
promote the production of collagen and elastin which improve skin

Hi all,
(Unfortunately this one is designed for Arbonne shipping districts
only and outside the US does not apply due to shipping costs)
If you’re interested, I designed a specialty set for blemish/acne
control, which includes skin care, and what most people tend to
forget to change, make-up. If you use make-up, you’ll love the look
and feeling. Does not break your face out - you’ll keep wanting to
wear it. If you don’t use make-up, send me an email and I can design
the set specifically for you. I’ve taken a lot of time in testing
many products and I find that these are incredible.
(FYI…never use a concealer, they are usually not made to hide
blemishes, they are made to hide scars and spots and for under the

Unfortunatley, acne can be problematic no matter what our age or gender.
It is predomiately located on the face, upper back and shoulders and
many of my clients seek advice on proper skin care during the summer
season when they have more skin exposed. Here are a few helpful, low
cost solutions:
* Drink Plenty of Water (it will make your skin glow, not to mention
the other health benefits!)
* Use an antibacterial soap when you shower (Lever or Dial - not
recommended for your face, however)
* Use a fresh, clean wash cloth every day (buy a pack of white
terrycloth wash cloths at a discount store)
* Make sure you wash/scrub your shoulders and upper back
* Rinse well and towel dry
* Wash your face with a deep cleanser that is gentle but targets
