Are you a teenager or do you have adult acne?

i’ve been on tetracycline for 10 days and this
stuff works. the doctor said don’t expect results for
almost a month, but i’ve had results in a week. ever
since i’ve started the medication febuary 16th, i’ve
had clear skin. the worst i had was a tiny white
head, totally not noticeable. i’m excited to see my
deratologist wednsday, cuzz last time he saw me my skin wasn’t
the greatest. i had <br>a couple of zits. i reccomend
tetracycline to everyone. it’s only $13.00 a month, and is
very effective. one study i read about claimed 66% on
the people on tetracycline saw good results<br>i’ve
also given up drinking a lot of milk. i read somewhere
that milk and acne are linked. i don’t know how true

as far as scars go there are many options. a
dermatologist told me that the red marks left after acne are
not scars just blemish "marks" he said they ALMOST
ALWAYS fad away in about 6 months. if i were you, i’d
try alpha hydroxy acid<br>on your face. i’ve heard it
works great. another option would be laser surgery. it
cost a couple thousand, but can be financed. i’ve
heard that applying vitamin e directly to the skin is
good for healing scars (they do this for burns as

I have had bad acne for the past year or so. And its going away sorta. But It
looks like its gonna scar. Is there a good product that works fast, or a recipes
that ya make to make it go away fast?

i was able to put my pictures in the "photo section" of the club. i think mine

it is from a distance and i have a tan, so it looks
like my skin is perfect. the picture was taken in
1998<br>and i had the my average 1-2 zits. <br> post your

That’s really nice of you, Bryan. I, too, have a
friend who’s dealt with severe acne since she started
going through puberty and we’re now 23! I agree with
what you said on how very few people have PERFECT
skin. I knew a guy that had severe acne and he was the
most gorgeous man I had ever seen. Besides that, he
was hilarious and fun to be around. <br><br>I have a
family pic and I was wondering why we don’t have any
photos posted in here. Let’s not be shy! I must say I am
somewhat computer-illiterate and I do not know how to get
my pic from my e-mail to the club(I even had to have
someone scan my pic and send it to me LOL)If anyone’s
interested in knowing what I look like or a little more
about me, just let me know. And like Bryan, my skin may
look good now but I, too, have been there and done

i’ve noticed that i look at other peoples skin
complexions in a very weird way. i examine them and look for
skin problems and stuff. i never did this in the past.
i have found that looking for a skin imperfection
in another person, although not politically correct,
makes me feel like acne is not a big thing. of course i
never verbally point anything out….that’s rude! i
just notice and nod my head and think "perfect skin is
nice, but it’s not the norm." we are so critical of
what we look like in the mirror that we don’t take
time to look at other people’s "problems". YES there
are skin problems OTHER than acne. Moles, freckles
(to an extent), rashes, and burns. Look around you
and you’ll see people that have these skin problems
and don’t whine about them, becuase THEIR STUCK WITH

I’ll pop a zit<br>I’ll take the
medication<br>I’ll endure people starring at me,<br>but I WILL NOT
PEE ON MY FACE!!!!!!!!!!!<br>I’d rather have
acne.<br>my acne has never been bad enough to even think
about doing that. i’m usually not a very prideful
person, but on this i must just crosses the line.<br> on
a non-urine note, i hope everyone is doing great.

I tried those nose strips also but to no avail.
Bryan-you always have a story to make my day lol. I think
I’m going to buy some of that noxema sport stuff just
to use every now and then as a buffer. No acne for
the last few months, not even a pimple one. I am so
happy. I start tanning in a couple of weeks so that’ll
keep it at bay for me as well. I watched a lady on one
of those talk shows tell about how your first urine
in the morning is supposed to be a good cleanser.
Has anyone been desperate enough to try it? How about
you Bryan, got a funny story for that one?
