Hi,<br>usually in the morning, mid-afternoon and
before sleep. Like I said, you’re only putting water on
really and it’s not chemicals, so it wouldn’t really
matter how many times you put it on, but I wouldn’t do
it more than about 3 times.<br>Usually at around
8am, 4 pm and 10pm. <br>I hope it works well for you
too, but like I said, you should see some inprovements
in about 3 or 4 days.
