i put a new picture in the default album. it is a "before" picture of an acne
suffer. he used accutane and has clear skin now. i’ll try to find <br>the
"after" picture, and i’ll post it.<br>bryan

If you do start using ice, it’s best to start
with placing a slightly cool face cloth and working
down to the temperature of ice, just to be safe than
sorry. It’s because your face may not be used to such
cold temperatures, so better to get aclimatised first!

I personally feel that it would, and as I always say, there’s no fault in
trying. <br>It may take longer, but I think you should get similar results that

Hi,<br>usually in the morning, mid-afternoon and
before sleep. Like I said, you’re only putting water on
really and it’s not chemicals, so it wouldn’t really
matter how many times you put it on, but I wouldn’t do
it more than about 3 times.<br>Usually at around
8am, 4 pm and 10pm. <br>I hope it works well for you
too, but like I said, you should see some inprovements
in about 3 or 4 days.

That’s true, a whitehead for a few days, is tons better than a scar for a few
years!

moqpr…how often do you apply the ice? once or twice a day? i’m glad it has

It’s very nice to meet someone else who doesn’t
pop their pimples…. my doc says it causes tons of
scarring– so I stopped– but sometimes I feel stupid
walking around with this huge whitehead on my face which
could easily be eliminated by popping. I have to admit,
though, I did it the other day, popping my pimples– but
the next breakout I will not!!<br><br> Karyn

I personally don’t pop a pimple, but I apply some cream or so to it, although
I’d love to squeeze the life out of them!<br>With Ice, the pimple on me takes
about 3 days to disapper.
