Hie…I have spots on my cheeks too , everywhere
! Well , do you guys have any IDEAS of curing it
without doing any surgery or something ? I mean …
something like eating more fruit , zinc , vitamin , protein
… something like that ? Or many the ways to wash my

thats awesome that it got rid of those ice pick scars!! I have really light ones
on my forehead, but I dont think theyre that noticable. Do they fade at all

like i said i did dermabrasion for chicken pox
scars which were quite deep. they are completely gone
and it did help but it hurt very much. i’d be more
apt to save the money and wait a few years to see if
the scars fade on their own. if they don’t after a
few years then go ahead and do it.

Dermabrasion is what my derm reccomended if I
have any scars that wont fade. I dont think I would
bother with that though. She said it costs about $2000,
which isnt too bad. She did tell me it was painful
though… I dont know…I think by the time thats an option
for me my scars will be gone. Did this

Good news and bad news. (and this is only my
experience) To get rid of the spots do two things. Use
sunscreen daily and use a lotion each day that has alpha
hydroxy acid in it. The bad news is to get rid of pock
marks plastic surgery worked for me. in 1989 i had
dermabrasion because i had scars on my face from chicken
pox… it’s incredibly expensive and hurts like hell, i
bet there’s some alternative now but i don’t know of
any other way to get smooth skin.

Hi all. the problems i have thankfully isnt acne
anymore, its what i got FROM acne. I now have dark spots
like everywhere,i want my complextion to be even, is
there anything i could use that actually WORKS? How
long would it take? I have this lotion that has
vitimains A and E, i heard A does something about that, but
i dont know. What do they do? Also i have some
holes on my cheeks also, are those open pores? is there
anyway to close them for GOOD? please help me, thank

Actually, I am on Ortho Tri-Cyclen for the
specific treatment of acne. For those who are wondering,
my dermatologist *would not* write me a prescription
for it, I had to see a gynecologist, and have an
exam, but the gynecologist gave me the Ortho no
questions asked. <br> The reason my derm thought I should
try Ortho is that I’ve tried everything from Differin
gel to Accutane, and I still break out. Does it work?
It seemed to help a little. The way you take it is 3
sets of horomone pills (21 total: 7 white, 7 light
blue, and 7 blue. They are what works, and then there
are 7 green pills, which do nothing to your body,
they just reminds you to take your pills every night.
I broke out when I took the green pills, because
there is nothing in them that works with the horomones.

I have heard that the pill does help in some cases but the pill has so many
undesireable side effects that I would caution most young women againt using it.
