be thankful you only get one lol. it could be worse.

for some reason i get a big pimple every summer on my nose and it is exactly on
the same place it was before. does any one no why?

Vitamin A is not water soluble and 50,000IUs daily can be very dangerous. Are
you sure that medical journal is correct?

Here’s something from a medical
journal:<br><br>"Experimental Study: 98 pts. with acne of varying sererity were
treated. 31/98 had had acne for at least 10 years, and
many of them had been unsuccessfully treated with oral
antibiotics. on the the following regine, 92% had a good to
excellent response, 2% had a poor response and 43% had
90-100% clearing of their condition in 2 months or
less:<br>1. Avoid inorganic iron(inactivates Vit E).<br>2.
Avoid female hormones(antagonistic to Vit E).<br>3.
Avoid extra iodine(can aggravate acne).<br>4. Avoid
soft drinks with brominated vegetable oils.(can
aggravate acne).<br>5. Avoid over 1 glass of milk
daily(hormones can aggravate acne).<br>6. Avoid Vit B12(can
produce or aggravate acne).<br>7. Vit A(water soluble)

After a week of taking Septra, my face is pretty
smooth now, thank god! However, still have dark spots,
(more like burn marks) partly due to applying Retinol
cream given by my doctor. It’s very strong and really
makes my skin peel. I use it twice a day but only on
certain spots. It works well for me.<br><br>Not sure if
b5 works since I’m also on antibiotics. Guess I’ve
to wait till i’m off of it to find out. For now, I
continue taking 6g daily. And also multi, vit E and c.

i take a multi-vitamin, calcium, vitamin E & C. i’ve hear a mega dose of B5
could help, but i don’t take it now.

Hi, <br>I am new to this group and I saw your
email and the responses. I know exactly what you are
referring to. I have a HMO and you must get a referral to
see any other doctor. And there is some cost factor
that complicates the matter of most doctors just
giving you a referral. What I am going to do is switch
to traditional insurance, and I would recommend you
do the same. HMOs are not worth the hassle. Only
problem is I have to wait until November to switch. But,
what might happen if this thing gets worse is I will
just have to come out of pocket and eat the cost. I it
is well worth it.
