Some guidelines….

Here’s something from a medical
journal:<br><br>"Experimental Study: 98 pts. with acne of varying sererity were
treated. 31/98 had had acne for at least 10 years, and
many of them had been unsuccessfully treated with oral
antibiotics. on the the following regine, 92% had a good to
excellent response, 2% had a poor response and 43% had
90-100% clearing of their condition in 2 months or
less:<br>1. Avoid inorganic iron(inactivates Vit E).<br>2.
Avoid female hormones(antagonistic to Vit E).<br>3.
Avoid extra iodine(can aggravate acne).<br>4. Avoid
soft drinks with brominated vegetable oils.(can
aggravate acne).<br>5. Avoid over 1 glass of milk
daily(hormones can aggravate acne).<br>6. Avoid Vit B12(can
produce or aggravate acne).<br>7. Vit A(water soluble)
50,000IU twice daily b4 meals.<br>8. Vit

E(d,alpha-tocopheryl acetate or succinate) 400IU twice daily b4
meals.<br>9. Pyridoxine 50mg once or twice daily for
premenstrual and menstrual acne.<br>10. Benzoyl peroxide 5%
gel applied at night after washing gently with
nonmedicated soap.<br>11. Well balanced diet, low in fat and
sugars.
