You really shouldn’t. My doctor tells me to never
ever touch my face, regardless of the state of the
pimple. But if you have to, only break the pimple with
the white head. Use a tissue as a barrier between
your clean fingers and the pimple. Use acne medication
on the spot when you’re done. But if you don’t have
