blackheads
Pavan- so good to hear you using ayurvedic treatment!!! I am all for
homeopathic! Go for it. Ok- What kind of soap are you using… you know
what- I would try skip the soap in the morning… My face is very oily
and I was using tea tree oil and at one time used AkneZyme sulfur stuff
that is like <yellow clay>on my face at night there for a while. It
totally dried out my face. (It also had turmeric in it). So — wash
your face at night with something gentle— like cetaphil lotion or
clinique extra sensitive skin soap… and put your stuff on your face…
and in the morning.. just try this for a couple days… (just try it at
least) dont wash you face in morning. no soap.
no soap no foamy stuff… dont put anything on that face… cleanser
wise. Just spash some warm water on your face a couple times and then
splash with some cool water and pat dry. I think the soapy you use is
causing extra dryness. I have since stopped washing my face in the
morning. I just splash with water… because that way you dont strip off
the essential oils that your skin makes to keep it balanced. Try it. It
might work- might not work.. but give it a shot…
i dont think you need to wash face in morning. unless you put a cream or
gel on at night that turns your skin a differnt color.. like that akne
zyme smelled like farty eggs and turned my face yellow. LOL… so i had
to stop using it… too gross… just splash with water. also= i think
the peeling is a good thing… it isnt burning or itching is it? you can
prob rub GENTLY on the peely parts with a dry towel to get most of it
off. or put on a soft moisturizer and dont rub it in your face let it
sit on there for a minute and then rub softly off with a towel.
remember- gently is the key- you really shouldnt rub anything at all—
but it will get some of the dead skin off. hope that helps? let me know-
or i will see what else i can come up with.
