HELLO! WElcome to the group!
I dont know of any oral meds that would be good for you. I also stopped
taking ortho tri cyc,,,, so i had to figure out how to get my skin clear
with out takig any oral meds… i am 27 years old… had acne since i
was about 10 or 11…. and it was pretty bad… seems like the older i
got the worse it got too~ what a rip off! Anyway… i tried all kinds of
topicals and oral meds.. nothing worked…

Retina A Micro changed my life forever…. in early april of this year..
.i had my family doc call in a prescription of retina a micro to my
pharmacy… i used it faithfully every night…. and wash my face with
clinque’s mild soap…. at night
in the morning… i didnt use anything on my face.. because it had to
adjust to the retina a micro….
after two weeks of use… i noticed that all of the zits and ickiness
were being pushed to the surface of my skin… that is what the retina a
micro does… it breaks up all the junky nasties in your pores and
pushes everything up and out to the surface of your skin… so by week 4
or 5 you are pretty much a broken out mess….
BUT this only lasts for a bout a week…. when i noticed how badly i was
breaking out… i knew that it was working… and so in the morning i
started to use neutrogen’as 2.5% on the spot acne treatment.. because it
is the only brand i know of over the coutner that has on ly 2.5% it does
not dry your skin at all.. and what it does.. is it clears and dries up
all the zits that have been pushed to the surface…
anyway.. by June - the first week of june… i could honestly say… i
had no zits on my face for the first time in almost 18
years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
can you imagine??? this really has changed my life…..
it is now july 18 2002 and i am still zit free… and the amazing thing
is this… i only used one tube of retina a micro… thats all it
took…. after i finished my very first tube.. i just use the neutrogena
2.5% acne cream on my face at night… and i am clean and clear!

or anything at all about this formula that worked for me… please dont
