		<description>The toners may be contributing to the breakouts, especially if they're
synthetic anti-acne formulas. Try plain old-fashioned witch hazel or a witch
hazel and rosewater combo. One other thing that could contribute is salt
scrubs ... scrubs aggravate acne, but exfoliation is important, so exfoliate
lightly with no harsh scouring. You may consider that some claim salts to be
comedogenic (pore clogging). In this trial you may want to try either a
sugar scrub if scrubbing itself isn't actually irritating part of the
condition. The other thing you may try is the oat, dry milk, and sugar combo
as a &#34;soft scrub.&#34; You can use it more often, it deep cleans and exfoliates,
and doesn't irritate or clog pores.
