jojoba oil
First off let me say that much to my surprise, the oat mixture
cleanser actually seems to be working pretty good. I say much to my
surprise because the mixture sounds more like something you would
use to bake cookies rather than to wash your face with, but hey,
whatever works.
The actually reason, though, for this post is to ask a question that
hopefully won’t make you laugh too much. You recomended jojoba oil
to use to help with my oily skin. After searching for a while, I
found what I think is what you were talking about, but I have my
doubts. This particular product says that it is for
massages…jojoba therapeutic massage oil that is not 100% jojoba,
there are a few other ingredients. So my obvious question is is
this the right sort of stuff? So far it doesn’t seem to be doing
much of a job, so this is one of the reasons I’m questioning if I
bought the right product. I guess my next question would be, if
this the right stuff and it continues not to reduce the oiliness, do
you have any other suggestions? Thanks, and sorry for the rambling.

Also, I believe I’d told you to steam your face … nix that … instead,
hold a dampened, warm washcloth over it for a few minutes. Steaming swells too
many tissues and can worsen the problem.
I’m glad the oat mix is helping you, too. Let us know how you do with the
jojoba.
