Since I am new to this technical stuff, can you tell me what is Retin-A?
Secondly, what is accutane and what does it do?

About the hair thing - from what it sounds like, you may have had a
cyst, not just a pimple, so that spot that is left - may actually be
some form of a scar. That doesn’t mean it’ll be there forever
though. Your best bet is to ask your dermatologist. Also, if you
get those cystic ones more often, you may want to ask about oral
medication (antibiotics or accutane - i’m on accutane right now and
it’s doing wonders!)
