New to Acnetips

Hi group,

Just found this group and hope to learn and share a lot.

I recently finished a course of accutane and can honestly say that I
have seen a little improvemnet with my acne. The only problems I
have with it are that my skin is extremely dry, my lips are peeling -
still (I stopped accutane two months ago) and while on accutane my
hair started falling out. Now some guys look good bald, but I’m not
one of them. Does anyone else who’s used accutane know how long it
takes for your hair to stop falling out and grow back?

    Carl,
    Sorry about your hair loss. I did not experience that, but I did experience
    the extreme dryness. That was my biggest bummer. It lasted a bit longer than I
    wanted, but nothing too bad.
