tomatoes

Thursday, March 31st, 2005

summertime is salad time and I find that I get more pimples after
eating tomatoes. Are there any other foods that can cause such
immediate breakouts? I can eat processed tomatoes with no problem,
but the fresh ones always seem to leave a little red pimple behind.

redness

Thursday, March 31st, 2005

From what I’ve read laser treatments work very well for some, make
others worse and still others see no improvement. deciding on which
type of laser treatment can also be the difference between the
success and failure of your results.

I think the page is too long to copy here but it is a great source
for describing all the different types of laser and which laser is
best for the issue you’re trying to treat.

redness

Wednesday, March 30th, 2005

I want to know the same thing! I have redness where some very cystic
breakouts were and the redness has not gone away (over a month). My
dermatologist said that they were just blodd vessels that will go
away over time, but I am not convinced. I am thinking of laser
treatment. Any suggestions?

Has anyone ever tried products by Paula Begoun (she is the author of
such books like "Don’t Go to the Cosmetics Counter Without Me!") I
just ordered some; I have tried *EVERY* thing else, so I figured hers
would be good since she has done incredible amounts of research into
products and ingredients.

Thanks y’all!

Nutrients for Healthy Skin, Hair & Nails
by Gary Pepper, M.D., Director, Metabolism.com

water-content foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables. These
important foods should be consumed every day.

The essential fatty acids found in vegetable oils, seeds, and nuts
are also necessary to nourish the skin and keep its texture and
vitality strong. Water is another crucial component that carries
nutrients throughout the body while flushing out toxins. Good
digestion and assimilation are also essential to ensure that the

Can this ancient formula work on acne?

Wednesday, March 23rd, 2005

Hi,

I found this skin cream that supposedly comes from an ancient
Aztec Indians — those are the folks who ruled Mexico when
Cortez came — that is made from sea shells and lemon. I bought
it, and it sure feels different than any other skin cream. It is
supposedly all natural, but you have to use it for a minimum of
30 days, but you can’t use it in daylight.

It is said to work on acne, which I have, as well as rejuvenation,
scars, wrinkles, etc. all inclusive. possible?

sever/break up the scar tissue roots to free up/release the bound-down
hard-as-rock
scar tissue…think of it as "subcision from above"…it’s low-tech,cheap(dirt
cheap!) and effective…..

see you guys tomorrow-
