Water

Saturday, April 30th, 2005

I keep sending this website and I’m not getting much response.

This webpage will outline why you have acne, and how to cure it.
Your coffee and your soda’s are definitely involved but only because there
are dairy products involved.

Read my webpage and get back to me with you results eh?

Try switching to half caff/half decaf, that was how I was able to do
it. The other thing that helped was to drink Chai tea in the morning
instead of coffee. There was alot less caffeine and still gave me
the feeling of having my strong drink in the morning.

I am addicted to Pepsi for sure and have been trying to get myself
off of it. One thing I noticed that helped is that I’ve been taking
an herbal supplement that is called "Elemental Energy" that makes
the Pepsi/Vanilla Coke taste different. Nothing else I taste is
different, just that. I guess it’s a good side effect since I need
to get off the Pepsi anyway.

When I started working in this office building, everyone drank coffee in the
morning, and I started. Only because we went out for a cigarette at break and
because they buy that French Vanilla cream, It is soo yummy. Now that my
smoking buddy is gone I noticed I don’t crave for that vanilla flavour anymore.

Good for you, Carl. I’ve dropped from 4 cups of coffee to two after I
realized that the first cup is the only one my addiction "needs" and, beyond
that,
it’s only the flavor. I could buy coffee-flavored candy, but don’t want
another addiction :D … when I switch to juices or even water, I don’t desire
to
return to coffee, even if I’ve had only that first cup (my only problem is
deciding to switch to something else). IMO, the stuff we add to the coffee is
worse than the coffee itself, but sodas are far worse than coffee (I’ll drink

Katie,

You sound stronger willed than I am! I don’t add anything to the
coffee, I don’t even particularly like the taste. I crave the smell
of brewed coffee and I love the taste of diet cola but I hate the
way it smells - it’s a purely chemical smell. Juices are too sweet
so I do lemon and lime slices in water. Another good smell and taste
is pepermint sprigs in water.

I will share the recipe but need help to get ingridients

Wednesday, April 27th, 2005

Hi to everybody,
I won’t sell anything, but I will share with everybody who help me to
get the ingridients. I need it for myself. You help me with
chemicals - I will give you the recipe. It is very strong and works
very fast. It cured me and all my friends. It is not soft acting as
they sell on tv, may be that is why it reaaly does work. It is
agressive and cleans the skin in a month like cosmetic surgery.
I am not selling it, I need it for myself.
It also peels old skin to make skin absulutely without any traces of
acne. I am pharmacist, and I used it for myself, nothing else helpes
me. It is external, and contains two steps - 1st is the alcohol based
mixture, second - mask so cheap you can not imagine, it will cost you
$0.01 per mask, and helps for body skin the best, but not enough for
face, but helps. Actually there is one more step to apply, but I
think they don’t sell this ingridient in US anymore.

that good).

Wild Pansy

Tuesday, April 26th, 2005

Wild pansy also called Heartsease or Viola was well know in
Elizabethan-times. As an herbals it was used as a stimulate for the
immune system, to cleanse the blood, and to treat various skin
complaints.
I’ve always had an interest in herbs and the folklore surrounding
them. But I couldn’t find anything using just wild pansy.
Maybe someone else on the board knows of more uses for it or ways to
mix it.

Water

Monday, April 25th, 2005

This is a personal preference, but I like to use a sport-type bottle
which holds 12 tp 16 ounces and drink a bottle of ice cold water
throughout the day. I don’t think it would be good to down eight
glasses in a row.
Sometimes at mid day I add a slice of lemon or lime to the water
bottle for a little zest.
I believe that my high comsumtion of coffee and sodas make my acne
worse. I’m trying to reduce one cup at a time. My doctor warned me
about caffeine withdrawl which can cause mood swings, severe
headaches, etc… At my peak, I was drinking at least ten cups of
coffee per day and at least two litres of cola each day. I now
alternate - one coffee, one bottle of water, one soda, one bottle of
water.
One thing I have noticed is that over the past few weeks, the coffee
and sodas make me feel thirstier and I actually enjoy the water more.
