Is it better to down eight glasses of water in a row, or is it best to wait
awhile then drink one, wait awhile then drink one? I sit at my desk all day so
when I drink water it’s one right after the other. I don’t like drinking past
6:00PM because I’ll have to urinate during the middle of the night.
New Study: Drink THIS Much Water Daily
How much water should you drink every day? The latest study from
researchers at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City concludes
that the old standby of eight glasses a day still holds. Here’s the
surprising gotcha: If you don’t drink enough water, the greatest
effect may not be physical–it’s mental and emotional.
Drink just half the recommended amount of water, and you’ll likely
suffer from mild dehydration. You’ll also have less energy, and you
won’t be able to concentrate and focus as you normally would.

Yes … it’s great on all types. Non-oily, but terrifically
hydrating, softening, and has anti-oxidant qualities. Also a slightly acidic pH
that I
find to be perfect.

Hi there
has anybody tried the herbal medicine Wild Pansy? it’s suppose to be
some sort of flower…viola or something…
i got recommended for it, but dunno if it’ll work…if anybody knows
anything about it, pls let us know.
thanks a lot.
I’ve always heard of using aloe vera as a moisturizer for dry skin,
to relieve itchy skin, and to treat burns. In what way would you use
it for oily skin?
Angie
Interesting article on water.

"For people who aren’t exercising a lot or living in a very warm
climate, eight glasses of water a day may be a good rule of thumb,"

Has anyone used straight aloe vera gel for oily skin???
I’m confused about #2.
It said to avoid oatmeal, witch hazel. I thought these are good for
skin? I also read about oatmeal cleanser/mask is a great way to
clean face, and I know some of you use this. Hmmm…. I’m confused
about this. Anyone else?
Y,
I’m not a medical professional, butI think that glands can be removed (I have a
friend who was on the verge of getting them removed in her armpits because she
sweat so much. Though I don’t know if you could make comparisons to the ones on
the rest of your body.) but it’s probably not a good idea, as they excrete more
than just oil…
But I was wondering about your PCOS - what were your symptoms? How was it
diagnosed?
I have been reading up on connections between diabetes/insulin/hormones and acne
which is making me think that my skin problems have more to do with this topic
of diabetes than it does with anything else.
Thanks, H.
