Thanks for the advice. As a matter of fact, I do have the tendency
to use warmer water than I should. I’ll try to change my bad habit
and see if anything comes of it. Hopefully it will have some effect.

I havent been drinking as much water as I should be, so I figured I
would try flushing my system out. I started 3 days ago and have been
drinking about a gallon a day since. This is compared to maybe 3
glasses a day. The thing is my face is breaking out worse now, and I
dont know if its from the water. Is this normal? Will it get worse
before it gets better because of the detox??? Thanks all…

Hello, I hope a medical professional is among the members here because I wanted
to ask if oil glands can be removed or shut down? I have p.c.o.s. and extreme
oil production on my face and scalp. I’m not sure where these glands are, so not

Had those things too when I wash my face with very warm water or the
weather gets really hot. If you’re using very warm water on your
face, try switching to a slightly cool temp.

If you have bangs, you might wanna keep them off your forehead as
much as possible. Change pillowcases every week or twice a week. Oil
and dirt from them causes breakouts too.

Also, maybe those astringents with salicylic acid might help? They
have those acne masks now too with benzoyl peroxide.

Finally, eat lots of fruits and veggies, drink lots of water. Try to
cut back on sweets and carbohydrates.

It took me two weeks to see results. Eating lots of your favorite
fruits helps a lot. Watermelon helped me a lot.

My back is my main problem, though my face breaks out a bit too.

For my face, I’m using cetaphil right now and the Clean and Clear
shine control face powder. Highly recommended.

For my back, my dermatologist recommended scrubbing it. I use the
back scrub with mild soap (Ivory) every other day.

Finally, cannot overemphasize the change of diet and drinking lots of
water. Colonics too. I’m all for healthy alternatives to healing

For years I’ve had these tiny "pimples" on my forehead. I’m not sure
what they are, but they never go away. By that I don’t mean that
they clear up making room for new ones, I mean the old ones just stay
there. Anybody have any idea how I can get rid of them?
