Greg’s comedy act….
hey guys,
My comedy show got changed from Thursday 10/2 to Tuesday 10/7 at Nanny
O’briens in D.C…..show starts at 8:30pm, no cover charge, and i will be going
on
first…they call me "comedy chum" cuz they throw me out there to feed a cold
audience and i’m supposed to warm them up….I will be debuting a new routine
about an old-economy low-tech blue collar guy who goes to work for a hi-tech
white collar new-economy company and 7 minutes of mayhem ensues…
*special bonus feature*: whenever i tryout a new routine there’s always the
chance i will freeze up, go blank and "hit the wall" and have to be gently
helped offstage and escorted out the back to a waiting ambulance …the
equivalent
of going to a stock car race and seeing a really bad crash-not to be missed!
On the Metro, take the red line to Cleveland Park and take the exit to the
east side of Connecticut Ave. Nanny O’Briens is just a few blocks to the south,
across the street from the Uptown Theater. If you’re driving, Nanny’s is
located at 3319 Connecticut Ave. NW
