Just curious as to whether anyone has ever tried Chandrika bar soap
for acne and what the results have been. I Love it.

I have a question about the acne product called Nature’s Cure. It
contains the ingredient candida which is a fungus that is said to be
one of the triggers of all sorts of problems (acne, sinus congestion,
etc.). Can anyone reconcile this discrepancy?

I have a quick question about Beta Carotene(Vita A). Why is it some
articles I read 25,000 IU is toxic and in others, it’s not. Which
dosage is supposed to be toxic? Right now I take 25,000 IU a day.
Also can I take that along with Differin gel? Or is that unsafe?

Doesn’t he have a new book out called The Acne Diet?

I’ve priced some of his antiaging products and they are EXPENSIVE. I
mean if it worked and I could look and feel better and not feel
guilty about spending all that money on my face when I have a kid
who needs money for college and a drain that’s in need of a date
with the plumber……

I have found that Apple Cider vinegar works because it is a detoxfying agent and
lots of filtered water is a good idea. My homeopath also suggested that I eat a
spoonful of a comination of crushed linseed (50%0, pumpkin seed (25%) and
Sunflower seed (25%). These should give me some zinc and Linoleic Fatty Acids I
think. It works but I find that quiting wheat makes a great difference too!

My tummy is acidic so I dont take Cider Vinegar that often and I try to eat oats
soon afterwards.

I started taking 1 to 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg
Organic) after every meal, sometimes only before bedtime when I’ve
been out. Then I always follow that with 1 to 2 glasses of water. I
don’t know how, but it worked for me. If any one of you ever gives
