oily but some portion is dry skin

im Kelly. please, i need ur help. i have oily face and prone to white heads.
currently, im using a deep facial cleanser for oily skin but nothing change its
still oily. another problem is that i dont know why i have this dry skin at
both ends(left & right) of my mouth. what will i do?
