Yea dude you got whats known as CYSTIC ACNE. They are very large round and
oblong shaped bumps on your skin sometimes they form a whitehead sometimes they
dont and yea there very painful. There no different then general acne
vulgaris(basic zits whiteheads and blackkheads and red splothches)but these
things(cysts) just go deeper into the skin level like the dermal layer rather
than the epidermis and if you pop these type of pimples,it can lead to very
serious and sometimes disfiguring scarring. definitely talk to your
dermatologist or doctor and get the right prescription.

Acne Tip

Olive Oil in itself may not make a difference either way. When you buy cosmetics
or cleansers or facial products for your acne or just general cleaning most dont
have mineral oil any more but in some of the more complex products or scrubs
some have fruit, nut and very light vegetable oil and there targeterd toward
people with problem skin.Olive oil is a very light monounsaturated oil with very
positve internal(if you eat it) properties.Knowing this I would try using the
extra virgin type(thats the greenest stuff your market has)on a small area.Your
thinking is probably its going to clog up my pores and that may worsen my
complexion but try it on an area that has pimples and heals fast by itself and
you get recurring pimples .thats the area you may want to give it a shot on

INTERNAL CLEANSING

I got your message but since I am new to the group I not exactly sure what your
talking about and what you would spend your 196$ on.The only things I know of
besides various herbs, herbal teas and nutritional suplements you swallow is a
colnic irrigation and you could figure out what that is.

If I had more experience with cures I’d probably know more. If you sweat with
this vest on your gone to have to try something that will help keep you dry like
cornstarch. If you dont sweat and your pretty dry get your wife or girlfriend
to use a salicyclic acid wash on your back then try clay green and leave on for
as instructed on the container and retin A will work but you can only use this
when your resting and not wearing anything on the affected area for maybe 8
Hours. If its serious, get your dr. to recomend a dermatologist and look into
oral prescription medications like accutane. But the bottom line is to keep your
back clean and keep it dry as in not to sweat to much. Because Zits, regular or
cystic, love bacteria and sweat is loaded with the stuff. Last thing dont be
afraid to go to Macys or a pretty high end dept store and talk to the
cosmeticians. They often have good ideas and can recomend good products and you
really wont get screwed.Good Luck

I’ve been suffering from severe back acne for years. My line of work requires

make up

I’ve tried Neutrogena foundation containing salycic and it’s quite good. It
doesn’t cause breakouts. You have to play with the shades because they tend
to go on really lite.

Thanks. Yeh I found it out for myself after buying a bunch of them
at drug stores as well as clinique, which was not worth 22 bucks. I
especially like the one that comes in a touch pad - it’s very light
but smooths your skin out and even out complection - and doesn’t
feel like make-up.

TCA CROSS done by Lilian The Needler

Tuesday, September 6th, 2005

hey guys,
forgot to mention–the attraction of having Lilian The Needler do TCA CROSS
on you instead of doing it yourself is that she has the IPL laser in her office
—you ideally want to follow up TCA CROSS with a collagen-stimulating laser,
which is not someohting you can do at home….
see ya Sunday
