Acne Has Nothing to Do with Diet – WRONG!!!!
I understand, I TOTALLY agree with the fact that there are several
components that cause a person to break out. Honestly though I’ve
never heard of people with non-oily(dry, normal) skin having ANY sort
of acne. EVERY topic, story, that "I’ve", read or researched reads
like this:
"Acne is a skin condition that occurs due to the overproduction of
oil by the oil glands of the skin. The oil that normally lubricates
the skin gets trapped in blocked oil ducts and results in what we
know as pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads on the surface of skin.
Sometimes it also includes deeper skin lesions that are called cysts."
The common factor is majorly oily skin. So if you have dry skin,
there has to be something more going on, because OIL is what the
bacteria feeds on and it is what get trapped to cause inflamation.
Maybe you have senstive skin, which when using certain products cause
you to break out. Or maybe your skin is not hydrated enough, which
only in turn would cause your glands to produce oil to make you break
out. Maybe your allergic to something which is causing you to break
out. Or it’s your hormones, b/c like I said there are several
factors, no just one in which we break out. However, personally, and
researching a lot of info, one of the factors was ALWAYS diet.
Because things like sugar and grease is what causes our hormones and
oil glands to react that way. It’s unfortunate that some people can
eat what they want and not break out, but a lot of us can’t. Sad but
true. Like I said there are many factors, and I just was sharing
something that I thought would be of interest. I didn’t mean to
offend anyone. We all are different, and react to things differently.
So that’s why in my posts I tell people to "do the research for
yourself", because what works for one doesn’t work for all. I hope
you find your answer. God Bless………..
