Acne Has Nothing to Do with Diet – WRONG!!!!

I believe that can also be a factor. Because when the body sleeps,
the body sort of self-regenerates itself. And not getting enough
sleep your not giving the body the proper rest it needs so that it
can heal itself. So not only would you skin be suffering, a lot of
other things would also suffer. So yes I do believe that getting rest
is important also, just for our overall health.

p.s Ok let me tell you what’s going on with me right now. It’s been a
couple days and my skin IS clearing up. I’ve been eating healthy,
lot’s of salads, fruits, water, etc. I excersize
