Some suggestions for acne

Occassionally a clueless dermatologist strikes mighty rich with the
obligatory "medication" that is supposed to cure all, and usually is
just a blind man/woman striking in the dark, hoping to cure what all
ails us so. Strange thing is, the dermatology profession started out
as a branch of the urology profession in the 1830’s, and dealt mostly
with STD’s and the like. Acne just kind of fell into their lap, as
the first treatment for it did not surface until 1902 (in the form of
X-rays) … All the dermatologists I’ve been to were less concerned
with answering my questions, and more concerned with giving me some
pills to make me get out of their office in assembly-line fashion.
None of this did anything but make me broke and tired of these so-
called "professionals".

So, here are some neat-O things that I found out:

Skin problems may be the result of extensive interference from the
nervous system. Eczema and Psoriasis have both been cleared using
spinal manipulations to remove nerve interference in the upper back
region

I would first suggest that you see a health and wellness
chiropractor, who willl take X-rays of your neck to see the degree of
your atlas plane. It should be 31 degrees …. mine was 17. As I
began chiropractic treatments, the skin problems would simply … go
away. Once I got to a point where I had to stop treatments because I
was moving and couldn’t afford the move AND the visits, the skin
problems resurfaced. If you need help locating the right chiropractor
in your area, just email me and I will find the right one for you
(there are bad ones and good ones, just like all professions)

Also, most geniouses in the dermatology field come forth boldly, and
constantly declare "diet and nutrition has nothing to do with skin
problems … we’ve "found" these diseases and named them, and know
everything there is to know about them. Our remedies have it under
control"

More bullshit. Processed food didn’t occur until the 1880’s, packed
with unnatural preservatives that altered the body’s chemistry and
continues to do so on a grand scale to this day. Acne didn’t appear
until shortly thereafter. Hmmmmmm. To think this is a disease that
has been around since Christ was an altar boy is utter nonsense. But
this very nonsense is exactly what our modern day sholarly men in
white coats seem justified to feed us daily.

My second suggestion is to go to a nutritionist (there’s good ones
and bad ones here too) that deals specifically with ENZYME and
PROBIOTIC treatments. This is very important. If your nutritionist is
some fly-by-night trash can dietician who has never heard of enzymes
before, then you are wasting your money. Once again, if you need help
locating the proper nutritionist in your area, please just let me
know. I’ll be more than happy to help. I learned more about myself in
2 hours with my nutritionist than I did in the previous 25 years
combined. Sad but true.

Also, for facial products, please stay away from the corporate slop
that has 1% of important ingredients (aloe vera, jojoba oil etc) and
99% of chemical bullshit as fillers. It’s a waste of money as well.
Some of you admitted to using Proactiv (as I have as well - didn’t do
much for me) and if it is working for you, then I applaid your
results.

For those who have had trouble with skin products, please try the
following:

Burt’s Bees Wild Lettuce (also comes in Tomato) Complexion soap
Burt’s Bees Wild Lettuce (also comes in Tomoto) Toner
Lily of the Desert 100% Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Gel
Burt’s Bees Bay Rum moisteriser (optional)

Guys who have a tough time finding the right shaving cream without
breaking out:

Burt’s Bees Bay Rum Shaving soap

No, I am not affiliated with Burt’s Bees or Lily of the Desert, but
these are the ONLY TWO companies that I have found that are worth my
time, because they REFUSE to put harmful chemicals into their
products, chemicals that only inflame the skin and make matters
worse. The results with the shaving soap (since I shave my head every
other day) have been nothing short of miraculous. These products can
be found at every organic health food cooperative/market that I’ve
ever been to. Or try their websites:

Remember with the Aloe Vera GEL (not the juice) and make sure it’s
from "whole leaf" aloe vera. This has been known to help with acne
scars and breaking down scar tissue.

Any other questions feel free to email moi

that is all

Ian
