steaming………
well I think that it is many things, stress, mismanaged skin, diet, hormones so if
we deal with all these things positively and use a steam……..the results
should show, like I said it is water we need to put in our skin, not
oil…….so steam does work….I have had problems since I turned 12 and now 26
and all of the things above go with good skin, also, it starts on the inside, so
a good detox would help as well, like drinking a half cup of vineager each day
would help with this too, or dandelion tea…….I have researched enough to
know what works for me, and I found that the liver must be healthy , for the
liver controls the skin and what go’s in it….also making sure all the wastes
go through your body the right way,……..so if you have constipation it too
could cause bad skin…….think about it, all that waste is left in our body’s
, so perhaps a laxative would help as well.
the problem is internal……..however how we feel about ourselves can also have
an impact, accept the things we don’t like and treat the things we do like about
ourselves in a positive way , I think this will not only relieve stress but bad
skin…….so everyone, love yourself……..!!
Hi:
Its ok to get an extra wash for your face once a week but not more!
Instead wash your face and hair before you go to bed. Steam opens the
pores and gets rid of old tissue, revealing the new skin. If you
overdo it, you will damage the new skin. Steam and even washing daily
is a superficial way of healing. The real cause, I think, is stress.
