That is hard, when you job takes so much out of you and it shows on your
skin! Unfortunately, like everything in life their is usually no short, easy
way to good health. I really like the advice that _yoganinja@aol_
(mailto:yoganinja@aol) gave about eating right, exercing, and de-stressing,
and daily
face care. Those are the foundations for health and healthy skin.

There is only one shortcut that I know of that can help you with the &#34;eating
right&#34; part. Like most of us, I'm sure its almost impossible for you to eat
the recommended 9-11 fruits and vegetables a day. The supplement that my
doctor recommended actually takes 17 fruits and vegetables, juices and
dehydrates them, and puts them in a capsule. This has done wonders for my
skin.
