thank you bec! i seriously appreciate all the help and
concern. i would love the info for any sites that you
know of that could be of help. keep in touch. you know
i was actually looking at my skin in the mirror today
and thought, my skin is actually very smooth without
the exception of 2 zits and they are small. my problem
i’ve decided is that the second i see the smallest
little pump i mean tiny virtually not even there and i
panic thinking it is going to turn into a monster. so
i pick at it and squeeze it until i have a huge wound
on my face and the next day i have a scab the size of
a marble and it stays there for at least a week. so my
skin is almost acne free at this point but i have
about 9 scabs and red marks from thinking i have
something there because i sqeezed it and i’m over
paranoid. i need to get rid of the red marks now too.
i’m crazy i’m sure of it!anyway i want any acne
advice you have to give me because i am still getting
zits and i’ve noticed my face is very irritated right
now and i don’t know why. thanks for your help. i’m
going to look into the msm website.
