dark spots,uneven skin colors!!
hello everyone, I was hoping someone could help with some advice,
preferably the cheapest way to get rid of dark spots and scars from
acne, is there anything I can use to make them seem smaller or perhaps
get rid of them completely, My skin looks so horrible due to the spots
acne left and also its uneven big time, the coloration is just very
blothchy and looks terrible lol, sorry but I hate dealing with my oily
skin, and lately I haven’t been washing with any cleansers and my skin
seems to break out less because of it..
any remedies or tips guys???
thank you!!

I have tried alot of things to take care of my scars and pitting. Even home
remedies that were suggested to me too, but nothing was permanent and made them
go away. I actually began using a thermal fusion enzyme masque that I had been
recommended. I haven’t had a problem since, and my scars and pitting are no
longer there.

Where did you get this mask at?
I’m trying Neutrogena Acne Mark Peel. We’ll see how it works.
I also heard diluted lemon juice helps but I’m not sure.
I’ve tried diluted Apple Cider Vinegar but my skin is very sensitive.
If you look up "acne marks" on Google.com they will give you some links to
message boards with recipes for home remedies. I have one that uses Green
Tea and Vitamin C.: (I didn’t write this)
Just an updated version of the toner,
After experimenting with this toner for a while now, i have found that the
best batch is just with a small amount of vitamin C because otherwise it
doesn’t dissolve and it is left on the bottom so Firstly:
What you need…
1 Cup normal tap water or some bottled water
4 tsp of fresh green tea leaves or 1 - 2 tea bags
1 Vitamin C tablet, I use 500mg - 1000mg (optional)
What do i need to do…
* Boil some water and make an infusion with the leaves or 1 - 2 tea bags
(green tea).
I personally cut open the tea bags and pour in the leaves.
*(optional) Add 1 crushed Vitamin C tablet to the hot green tea, make sure
that the vitamin C is a powder before adding it.
* Stir periodically for 10 - 20 minutes.
* Strain with a sieve if you cut open the tea bags or had loose leaves. Let
the liquid cool before pouring it into a sterilized bottle.
* Apply to the face with a cotton pad or with a spray bottle.
How should i use it…
*First, have a wash like normal with your cleanser.
*Wait 5 mins for face to dry.
*Apply toner with a spray bottle or with cotton wool.
*Apply your acne medication if this applys to you.
*Finally, apply your moisturizer.
With this toner it is your choice if you want to add any vitamins to it as
the green tea allready has natural vitamins and minerals in it:
-Vitamins: Caroten (precursor to Vit. A), B (B1, B2, B6, Niacin, Folic acid
and Pantothenic acid etc.), C (Ascorbic acid)
-Minerals: rich of Manganese (Mn) and Potassium (K);

I have also used the thermal fusion enzyme masque with great results. It isn’t
all that expensive either and it lasts for awhile.

Hey Alison. I too use a thermal fusion masque, that helped greatly with my
scars from acne. I didn’t have pits, but a friend of mine did and he too used
the masque. The site I got mine from was
www.naturalskinandhealthcare.myarbonne.com
Some of the home treatments you have down I have tried to no avail, and yes for
sensitive skin the vinegar isn’t the greatest to use. I learned that out
myself! LOL
