I have suffered from acne in my adult years-after having children.
Switching from makeup to makeup. I recently tried mineral makeup and
switched to an all natural cleanser and moisturizer. My oh so critical
friend said (after two weeks of using my new products) that my face
looked "30% better…."
Ever notice that breakouts occur in the areas of the face where facial
hair grows? It happens to me. Sometimes tweezing hairs from the area
and cleaning my face will nip the breakout in the bud. Ice helps, too.
It kills bacteria.

Hi,
I wanted to let readers know that I’ve just created a new section
for Acne on RemedyFind.
Obviously everyone is different, and what works for one person with
acne won’t necessarily work for another, but my hope is that
certain
trends might show themselves over time, and after hundreds or
thousands of patient ratings. In the future we will be adding
features that allow users to view ratings according to specific
diagnoses and subtypes, as well as according to gender, age etc..

Here is some information that will probably solve the acne problem
once and for all for many people: Acne is caused by the
contamination of our food supply by industrial waste. That’s the
reason doctors don’t acknowledge the fact that foods cause acne. What
most people don’t know is that the food supply–espically animal fat–
is contaminated with industrial pollution. The pollution, in turn,
disrupts hormones in the body, causing, among other things, acne.
That’s why birth control pills, which control hormones, are also used
to treat acne. For related information, see the following articles:
www.organicconsumers.org/Toxic/dioxinDiet.html and
www.preventcancer.com/losing/nci/nci_epidemiological.htm.
Additionally, a diet high in animal fat is linked to cancer. To
prevent acne, it is necessary to reduce or eliminate your intake of
animal fat. For women, cranberry supplements (as an alternative to
birth control pills) may stabilize hormones.

Hello everyone. I was just wondering if any of you have tried blue
light therapy for your acne? My dermatologist offers it (at $100 a
session) and it sounds very promising. I’m asking because I’ve found
some companies online that sell the lights but am a little unsure…
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks.

maybe you all know that, but i still mention…this week i used the greenclay on
my face as a mask.i used it everyday.it is like peeling,it stretches the face
and makes it really brighter.i keep it for 45 minutes and then wash.an easy
solution for the oily complexion.
