new here, acne and scars yuk!
I had the most perfect skin until I was about 22 and then all hell
broke loose on my cheeks. it was weird I got these purpleish zits
under the skin but they would never come out. Then it went slowly from
my left cheek to the right and then they strated coming out fully. I
knew I shouldnt pop them but I did because they were so ugly. i didnt
have money for a dermatologist but when I finally did it was a little
late. I have mostly only had the acne in my cheeks, not on my body or
face anywhere else. Once in a while on my chin. Anyway I am alergic
to every acne medicine there is except benzoyle peroxide so they put me
on amoxicillian for 4 months. it was a bad experience. lotsa yeast
infections and stuff like that, they also put me on birth control
called yasmin and I gained 19 lbs. So on top of acne I was feeling
really fat. My derm finally said there was nothing more he could do
for me. I dont have much problems with the acne in my cheeks anymore
but i have horrible little scars all over my cheeks. i dont have
monmey to get them fixed and even if I did I heardd it can make them
worse, I am stuck. I just started using zapzyt wash and topical gel
and I use st ives collegen boodter stuff as lotion, I just dont know
what can help if anything, I miss my baby soft skin.
