Cheap Ways to be Acne Free, Mentally Healthy, Hormonally Balanced, a
I wanted to share some methods I found to be cheap, deliver multiple health
benefits, and get rid of acne PERMANENTLY. They are cheaper than doctor visits,
antibiotics, lazor treatments, expensive creams, and most importantly- you will
not need any more medications, will be healthy, full of vitality, hormonally
balanced, clear-minded, AND blemish- free! They are: colon/parasite cleanse,
and liver flush. After you complete these flushes, you MUST change your
lifestyle, or else the flushes will only work temporarily and you will revert
back to having blemishes. I will discuss the lifestyle changes after the
flushes.
I agree, the flushes and lifestyle changes take at least 3 months to complete.
That may seem like a long time. Just think of it this way: if you don’t
cleanse yourself, you will have acne for much longer than 3 months and spend a
lot of money in the meantime on lotions, dr, etc.
The colon cleanse is crucial to undergo if you have consumed inorganic foods,
dairy, red meat, pork, preservatives, sugar, nicotine, alcohol, junk food,
cheese whiz, cup of noodles, canned food, packaged tv dinners, hot dogs, etc.
Your body formed excess mucus to protect your innards from the harmful chemicals
in these foods; over time, the mucus became toxic and encrusted to the shape of
your colon. You continually reabsorb the toxins in the mucus (now called mucoid
plaque), causing blemishes, until you get rid of it.
In addition to cleansing the body, you MUST change your lifestyle, or else you
will repoison your body. In fact, you can cause more damage to your body by
continuing with the same toxic lifestyle after the cleanse, because your body is
now fresh, clean, and vulnerable like a newborn baby. It is trying to rebuild
its strength and will be less able to recover if you don’t change your
lifestyle.
As for lifestyle changes: following a raw diet part of the time, drinking
freshly squeezed veggie juices, drinking 6 8oz glasses filtered water,
meditating, eating organic lean meat if you like meat, eating only organic
produce, exercising 3x per week, brushing the skin, getting enough alone time,
and surrounding yourself with genuine friends. Avoiding: nonorganic produce,
drinking tap water, eating hormone-laded meat/fish/eggs, eating fast food,
eating packaged food, sugar, preservatives, sodium, dairy, canned food, sweets,
junk food. These are the main lifestyle changes I recommend.
Good luck!
