my acne is clearing up
I got on a home remedie site, cant remember which one but this lady
said her husband had bad acne for years and started using head and
shoulders shampoo and it cleared up. I had a bottle of head and
shoulders generic stuff in the bathroom that I hadnt used because i
didnt like it on my hair well anyway, I looked at the ingrediatns and
they are the same as the expensive stuff so i started right away
washing my face with it. After one wash my face felt clean and smooth,
not too dry and not oily. I have continued using it for about 2 weeks
now and I love it. The main ingrediant is zinc something starts with a
p. I have even gone a night or two without using it and my face is
still clearing up, no new pimples. I use it in the morning and at
night. I dont use lotion or anything like that but once in a while I
will put benzoil peroxide cream on before my makeup. I was using a
face wash called zap zyt and my face got worse then ever, even gave me
new scars so I would not reccomend it. but when I switched to head and
shoulders right away the pimples left. I washed my face after using
head and shoulders the first night to make sure it took all the makeup
off and it did, so it worked for me. Just thought I would give you
all this info.
