acne program for a month now. Their reconstruction cream does wonders
for shrinking nodules and eliminating scarring. The products are
however only available in south africa or off ebay.

Hi

My doctor is in the health care field as well and she says that acne is most
certainly a symptom of pcos. Acne is caused by hormone imbalance, that is why
people mostly get it in their teen age years, but because of the pcos(which
is an imbalance of hormones) I am battling acne at 31!!

I am new here. Has anyone tried Porever Pure at www.nexcosm.com? I
heard it works really fast and no skin discoloration after treatment. I
have the problem of mark after pimple is gone. It takes monthes to fade.

go to healthboards.com and go to pcos…..or search about pcos online and go to
symptoms and stuff….it clearly states that acne is a symptom of pcos..not in
everyone but in a lot of ppl

I have never had acen until after my daughter was born. Then I would get a
few cyst (the ones that hurt), and I got sick of it, so I went to the derm. I
have tried Retin A with cleomycin, that didn’t work. Then I tried an oral -
memory lapse right now. Now I am on Tetracyclin and topical Metrocream .75%
WOW what a huge difference!

After using Retin A - my acne became severe. It covered my entire face!
Horrible, I wouldn’t even leave the house. Now I am only down to a few pimples.

i have pcos too….any suggestions for the acne?
tretinoin 0.01% was prescribed to me but ive heard many bad things about
it..what about sulfacet r?

OBSERVATION:
Yesterday, I used Lamas Face and Body Vitamin C cleanser and 10%
glycolic acid. After about 7 hours, at past 12am this morning, I used
FaceDoctor and did not put anything else on my face afterwards. After
washing and drying my face with a facial tissue, I just felt a very
mild tingling sensation in some small areas of face which lasted after
a few minutes.

After finishing the 3rd paragraph under ‘Acne Background’ below, which
is more than an hour after using FaceDoctor, amazingly, my face hasn’t
turned oily in any noticeable degree yet, even when I’ve been in front
of the computer.

But it’s still not going to work as well as getting it done professionally.
I’ve seen almost every kit out there…including the mary kay. They aren’t as
good as the professional ones. I know for sure that MOST kits have mineral oil.
