The reason it doesn’t "lather up" is b/c there isn’t soap in it! You don’t want
to wash your face with soap!
Do you find it in the cosmetic department? Purpose cleaner was one the list
from the derm. He suggester Cetaphil, Purpose, and Oil of Olay.
