Acne Tips

Hi…well I just wanted to say that I have been using benzyl peroxide aquagel in
strength 5. I have acne on my back…and have tried everything in the past apart
from Roaccutane. I am totally amazed but this product is actually working!!
After suffering for 11 years of acne on my back. I am still getting some cyst
like acne but it is literally like 2 spots a week and I can see that its helping
with my scarring too. Im not gonna get too excited just yet cos for all I know
it could come back again…but for the moment this is really doing wonders and I
may even have the confidence to wear backless tops soon (fingers crossed)
LOL…..well by the way Im in the UK and this product is really cheap just about
3 pounds which is about 6 dollars… though I dont know if you can get the same
product Im using…the one Im using is the AQUA version…there is an alcohol
version also…okay let me know how you get on
Tashx…by the way I also find that drinking 2 litres of water a day and
avoiding sugar really helps….x

say u choose. both r recommended

you’re welcome. as for the vinegar, you can try any type that you’re ok with.
as for me, i’m using rice wine vinegar.

thanks for the advice…yeah that kind of diet is very similar to
wai’s diet which i tried taking many months ago. i am planning to put
myself back into that diet as soon as i finish my thesis (coz by that
time, i’ll be living alone and won’t have to worry about any
housemate’s eating habits and related costs)…about the vinegar, i’ll
see about that. by the way, what kind of vinegar (white, cane, apple
cider, white wine, red wine, rice wine, balsamic…)?

another thing you can try to master is your stress level. it really does help
to lower it down. try deep breathing once in a while. simple as it may sound,
it works for me.

I’m been using facedoctor less often now (still at least once a day).
Once a day, i put glycolic acid (am) and retinoic acid (pm) and my
acne scar gel to my pimples after washing with Lamas Face and Body
Vitamin C cleanser. Sorry if i seem to be cheating the program but
since the facedoctor faqs say that we can use it with other
medications and also use it once a day, and that i just couldn’t
afford to go out looking awful during such a bad purging stage, i’ve
decided to my combine my demodex treatment with my other medications
to dry out the pimples that are surfacing.

Feb 25 2006: Twentififth day

I’m been using facedoctor less often now (still at least once a day).
Once a day, i put glycolic acid (am) and retinoic acid (pm) and my
acne scar gel to my pimples after washing with Lama Face and Boy
Vitamin C cleanser. Sorry if i seem to be cheating the program but
since the facedoctor faqs say that we can use it with other
medications and also use it once a day, and that i just couldn’t
afford to go out looking awful during such a bad purging stage, i’ve
decided to my combine my demodex treatment with my other medications
to dry out the pimples that are surfacing.

I still haven’t fixed my poor sleeping habits and diet due to my thesis.

Proactiv Is Also All I ordered it is very expensive. That Is why I
personally switched to all Melaleuca Products. They have a wonderful
Product called The Gold Bar ($3.99) my skin was clear in 2 weeks,*Of
course everyone’s results are different*!!! I also started using the
acne kit called Zap-IT ($14.99> I have recieved far more compliments
about my skin from using these products. Look it up yourself on the
website(Melaleuca.com). Or I could just send you more information if
you like. Either way I look forward to hearing from you. Let me know
if you find something else that works.

acne-free forever.

I also have been using it for a few years. for me it gives a showbag of
results, somedays my face is clear and somedays it is not. I guess before it
my face always use to be covered in Acne.
