You can find castor oil at almost any drug store. Ask the pharmacist where
to find it. Not only is it extremely inexpensive, but it helps with acne.

Has any of you tried taking pantothenic acid for acne? It’s been two
weeks since I started taking 10 grams/day, this week I decided to take
20 grams, hoping for a faster relief. Although the oil and small
pimples are gone, large systs are still there. Please share your

Castor oil doesn’t "dry." When I wake up in the morning, I still have it
on. So, I’m not sure if our skin absorbs it either. But, I can tell you
that your skin won’t break out with new pimples if you do this. It goes
against everything we would think, but castor oil won’t make skin "oily"
like mineral oil does. I’ve heard good things about almond and olive oil
for use on the skin also. I’d like to try them only to see which I like the

I’m telling you….I never thought I could use sal acid either. But
I use this because it literally will not dry out your skin because it
has soy in it! It’s amazing. It’s truly the one and only product
that I will continue to keep buying because I love it soooooo much!
Yes I mean acne marks because I have cystic acne. So these are red
marks left by the nodules that I get often.
Not to rock the boat but has anyone had results with Arbonne? It’s all
anyone can talk about here but I’m skeptical. Does it deliver the
results? Thanks!
That is wonderfull! I wish I could use salic. Acid but it makes me all
blotchy because of my sensitive skin. Most people can probably use it with
good results.

Okay people…..I am the one that mentioned using Clindagel a few
months ago. Well I’m still using that, but have found that my face
wash needed revamping. I now use Aveeno Clear Complexion Foaming Face
Wash. I absolutely love it! It clears my blemishes, but does not at
all dry out my face! I love it! Also, in the mornings I use the spot
treatment, and after just a few days it is getting rid of the blemishes
AND the red marks that are left behind! It absolutely amazing. I
really hope this helps someone. Thanks!
