cystic acne treatment and pregnancy

Very, very vital is for you to supply your body with probiotics.
They are healthy bacteria otherwise known as microorganisms. Often
times this alone will also help your acne. Usually acne comes when
there is either a bowel bacteria imbalance (we have about 5 pounds
of bacteria in us!) or a clogged up liver that can’t process
hormones. Doing a bowel cleanse is also helpful.

When babies are born they need to pick up bacteria in the birth
canal to help them build their immune system. About 70% of our
immune systems is located in the bowels. When a baby is born via C-
section they are VERY likely to grow up sicker and have allergies.
They can only get this bacteria if the mother has it.

Some people have noticed a big difference using clay masks. This
can take up to two months of almost daily use to see results. I use

one that has herbs and essential oils in it as well and my skin is
very smooth now. I also spray a rose hydrating mist on after and
just cleanse with hot water and a cloth. Sometimes I use a
certified organic cleanser but not always. If your water is very
hard you will need to use one though and moisturize as well to keep
the skin soft and permeable.

Do you use any skin care or cosmetic products? What we put on our
skin goes directly into our bloodstream so be careful with that. If
you wouldn’t eat it, don’t put it on your skin. What we eat at
least will be somewhat broken down in our liver before entering the
blood and therefore our cells and in the future, your baby. You can
find ingredient and product listings on www.ewg.org under the skin
deep report. When we start to use a toxin-free makeup or skin care,
the skin will start to detoxify and may temporarily get worse.
That’s a good thing!

You might benefit from doing a liver cleanse. Email me and I’ll
send you directions for a cleanse you can do at home quite easily.
If you like I can also email you a brochure about the probiotic
superfood we use that has been superior to all probiotics I’ve ever
tried. It helped with not only our skin but also for constipation,
irritable bowel, pain, allergies, etc. It fills the body with
nutrients at the same time.
