Name Your Poison

Wednesday, December 27th, 2006

Take a look at the pictures of Ukraine president Yushchenko. After his
poisoning his skin condition was diagnosed as chloracne (as in
chlorine). If you research you will find iodine acne (ioderma,
iododerma) bromine acne (bromoderma) fluorine acne (fluoroderma)
collectively known as halogen acne (halogenoderma). There are many
different variations on the names. They’re all halogen elements and
they are all poisonous and they all cause cystic acne. If you
can find your poison, you don’t need a cure. There isn’t one. Except
time.

Be Well!

Just joined & need help

Wednesday, December 27th, 2006

Hi all,

My names Andrew, I’m 24 years old and I’m from Ireland and I REALLY
need help.

I had really bad acne on my face when I was younger, it seemed it
clear up as I got older but over the last few months it’s come back
but not that much on my face but on my chest it’s come back and I my
back is really bad and very sore because of it. I don’t know why but
every time it looks like it’s clearing up it’ll get worse all of a sudden.

I’ve tryed everything that you can buy in the shops to take care of it
and I’ve been to the doctor but nothing works. I’m quite an active
person and I exercise a lot and I don’t drink or smoke or eat junk
food but it dosn’t help.

Free Acne Information Site!

Tuesday, December 26th, 2006

Sorry, but all this site does is advertise plus I dont think half of the stuff
they say is even true….they say how diet doesnt contribute at all to acne but
there have been many studies that have shown sugar and hot foods do contribute
including coverage from the bbc about sugar and white bread which turns into
sugar when its absorbed in the body…so I would stick to this forum other
people,,,its much more reliable and doesnt try to sell you a million products
unlike the other site x

Proactive?

Tuesday, December 26th, 2006

Hi! That’s right. If u stop using it, it will come
back..Unfortunately, there’s no cure for acne. All u need to do is
use a product that works best for you to manage or prevent from
future break outs.. If you feel like going to the dermatologist,
he/she can help you perhaps suggest u in using differin. It’s a
retinoid..(it really helps clear my face).

Good luck!!! :)

Do you know if african black soaps are sold in health food stores
or bath and body shops? That’s amazing if it can get rid of acne.
I’d like to give it a try. Thanks for the advice.

Well I bought some Tea Tree Oil face wash and have started using
it. I have notice it does dry up my face. But I wanted to give it a
try because it a natural product. However, I have a feeling this
isn’t going to give me the smooth skin I long for. :(

cystic acne treatment and pregnancy

Sunday, December 24th, 2006

Hi there.

I found your post really useful, I have had acne since i was 15 and im 26
now….I only get it on my back. Everything i have tried has failed….apart
from Benzyl Peroxide which didnt work for me at 15 but now ive been using it
since Jan and my acne has gone!! I really am amazed and still worried it might
come back, I prefer not to use chemicals on my skin but this has worked better
than anything ive ever tried.

When babies are born they need to pick up bacteria in the birth
canal to help them build their immune system. About 70% of our
immune systems is located in the bowels. When a baby is born via C-
section they are VERY likely to grow up sicker and have allergies.

Tea tree oil is good for drying up pimples quicker and is a
disinfectant. I find it rather drying for regular use though. Works
good for athletes foot too.
