hey hi. Im from Mexico and I suffer from acne try isotretinoin capsules it helps a lot, I tried them for only 5 months coz
my parents refused to buy me more they help!

Hello all.
I am 30, and I never had acne until I stopped taking birth control
pills 2 years ago.
I have -unsuccessfully- tried MANY products, and recently started
using Retin-A, but so far have not noticed any improvement. I have
noticed changes in my skin (dryness, very sensitive, change in
texture), but the acne is still there.
I would like to know if anyone has anything to say about this product,
either positive or negative. I understand it takes a couple of months
for it to work. We’ll see.. it’s only been 4 weeks.

i haven’t tried vinegar, but i may try it if my acne flares up. i’ll try

I’m starting to acne now and I am 37. I picked at one
badly I think it will leave a scar. If your scars are
hyperpigmented they should eventually fade away. Try
not to pick at them. You should just see a
dermatologist asap.

Hey thanks sounds like an idea…..Now someone just suggested I try vinegar
have you ever tried it?

is getting a facial w/painful extractions! To save $ I go to cosmotology
schools where the price of facials is cheaper (usually around $20.). This is
also good for anyone interested in keeping their skin healthier.

Hello I am new to group, Was hoping someone could give me some tips, home
remedies, for this severe blackhead problem i’ve got the older I am the worse
this stuff has gotten…..I cleanse, astringent, exfoliate, moisturize twice
daily religiously!,,I’ve got scars something terrible…anyone out there could

Im new here, I was wondering if anyone knew a good way of getting rid
of acne related scars? I dont have much of an acne problem, thanks to
some really freakin awasome vitamins I’ve been taking for a few months
(if anyone is interested, check em out, I’ll leave the website page.)

But please, if someone knows of a way, other than just laser surgery,

Strangely enough a naturopathic doctor told me once that most people
are severely overloaded with iodine (including myself and daughter
who was about 10 at the time). We were advised to stop using
iodized salt and avoid seafood. Oddly enough too is that in
Germany, where this happened, LOADS of people have underactive
thyroids despite using the iodized salt (try finding non-iodized
salt!). I finally found a kosher salt that needs grinding but is
fine for cooking.

I was in no way suggesting eliminating iodine from your diet, only
the inorganic type. I agree that it is an essential element.
I still eat plenty of seafood and fish.
