frustrated beyond frustrated
Hey Michelle,
My daughter is 15 and she is also suffering from acne. She tried Proactiv but
it didn’t work for her. After doing some research on the Internet, she narrowed
down her choice to two solutions. Clearpores and Acuzine. She finally decided
and ordered Clearpores and it has worked well for her.
Please visit www.skincarereviews.net when you get a chance as it has tons of
info for acne sufferers and the site is absolutely free.
Good luck with your acne,
Cheryl
I need an acne solution for extremely sensitive skin that is
inexpensive. Does one even exist? I am 35 and have had acne since
puberty. My father still breaks out occasionally and my
grandmother, as I’ve been told, had acne til the day she passed away.
As a teenager, I took oral antibiotics and they worked quite well.
I can no longer take them because I’m very prone to yeast
infections. Last fall, I started seeing a dermatologist and the
first drug he put me on was Duac. It worked well, but it was very
harsh on my skin if I missed a couple days. It also is just too
expensive. (darn prescription tier plans…grrrr) Just last week,
he sent home samples of Rosac. I put it on once….never again. I
really don’t want to smell like the Sulfur Pots in Yellowstone
Park. Besides, today, I looked up that drug on the tier plan and
it’s not even listed.
I was just at the ProActiv site, but it advises against using it if
you have sensitive skin. I’m guessing if the Duac turns me beet-red
for 3 days, then I probably can’t use proactiv either.
I appreciate any suggestions.
