Has anyone used the discs with zinc in them? One is a beige color,
and another is yellowish. When you use them, your face has to be wet,
and you run them over the skin… I can’t remember what they’re
called but they work pretty well…
hi all, just wondering if anyone has used these products: AVON blemish
corrector? and BLACKMORES skin support tablets & blackmores cover
stick? i have found these products work really well. any comments?

Hi Tammy,
The latest research indicates that diet actually is the biggest cause
(and cure) of acne.
See: Cordain, L. Implications for the role of diet in acne. Semin

ABSTRACT
Within the dermatology community, a general consensus has emerged

i haven’t heard anything good about Mary K, but that doesn’t mean it
won’t work for you. give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
I am considering purchasing the Mary Kay product for acne, but I am
unsure. I have moderate to severe acne and am unsure if the product
will work for me. I also have heard that it really dries out skin and
it takes about 8 weeks to work. What do you think?

question, why have you stopped the birth control? are you trying to get
pregnant? otherwise, there are other forms of birth control that may work
(ask a dr.).
and if you are trying to get pregnant, good luck! it’s one of the most
beautiful things in the world and that alone will outweigh any amount of
acne.
I have almost had it with my skin! I have been breaking out for about
5 months now (since I stopped birth control) and my acne is just
getting worse. Visits to the dermatologist are way too expensive for
me. I really need some help here! What works?!?
