Acne Free now in three days.
Hi people.. I’m studying acne and I concluded there are many products
that don’t work for everybody for many reasons. My individual studies
in this matter make me discover some miths about the products that
exist nowadays. Here, i’m going to talk to you what i learned:
Acid Salicilic > it’s out of order! In Brazil (where i live) I’ve
never heard about this prescription could be cure acne.
Sugar > high quantities of sugar can became acne worst. The ideal,
it’s avoid sugar always you can.
Chocolate > it’s inside the same group of that junk foods. Chocolate
always will estimulate your glands to increase the production of
grease.
Problem: if you to eat carboidrates together proteins in your meals…
your bowels won’t be able to digest both at the same time because that
two products need diferents PH to suffer the digest process.
Now some tips to resolv your problems….
1. Make an apple fast during the period of three days.
2. Wash your skin face with an adequate soap. (there’re several brand
marks on sale - here in Brazil exist ACNESOUP for example)
3. Drink water… drink water… drink water… always drink water.
4. Stop eating all the time! give your liver and kidney some time to
them work by themselves making a "detox" in your body. If you eat all
the time your body don’t have time to detox the wastes/trash/garbage
that you putted inside it.
5. Avoid sugar, chocolates and foods that make your acne worst.
6. Go to a hospital or other place like that(i don’t know where you
can do it there in USA)to make an intestinal clear using a procedure
called ENEMA. ENEMA is very good to your bowels and will clear you
inside.
The Fast I talked at the first item need to be made during 3 days..
You can’t eat others things.. Eat only apples. (I’m not kidding) and
drink water, drink water, drink water… repeating… drink water for
all 3 days long and at the last day you should to drink a grape juice.
During these 3 days make one ENEMA to purify your body and detox it.
This procedure really works very fast! and acne bacteria won’t resist
for many time.
