Yes, one may think they have stumbled on that magic cure for
acne and its problems. It may target the external factors
but soon as you stop using the products, one sees the
pimples coming right back. Well, it’s obvious we need to
target the root cause of acne.
Most acne medications only mask the external symptoms of
acne and do nothing to stop the real cause of acne.
Well, what’s the real cause of acne?
Friends, let’s realize first that the skin as a whole (next
to the lungs) is one of the most important excretory organs
in the body. Keep in mind that the bowels, colon and kidneys
are also vital and important excretory organs as well.
Now, acne occurs when your body contains more debris than
your kidneys and bowels can remove. (Your kidneys and bowels
are the two primary channels of elimination that your body
expel toxics and waste products through.)
The logical reason for toxic build up is mainly the
consumption of toxic food.
It’s safe to say these are the mucus forming foods such as
junk food, animal products, most grains (whole and or
polished), pesticides etc
Once these toxics build up, your kidneys and bowels can get
overloaded and clogged up, causing it to not function
properly. When that happens some of the load will be dumped
onto your liver.
This means, your liver will be doing some of your kidney’s
work. So now, your liver gets overloaded and it too will not
work at full capacity.
When that happen your body will expel toxins through your
lungs and skin (your secondary channels of elimination). And
this is when acne occurs. This is when your skin starts to
breakout.
Friends, it must be noted that the foods that are the exact
opposites of the mucus forming ones mentioned earlier are
the mucus-binding, alkaline forming foods which
co-incidentally act as intestinal brooms to clear out all
the debris in the human pipe system.
Suffice it to say then that avoiding disease forming foods,
replacing them with body-healing foods and simple techniques
like RINSING the face, changing pillowcases regularly,
shampooing the hair etc will (combined) be the best methods
of clearing up the skin naturally and effectively.
