Green Smoothie for Clear, Beautiful Skin and a Healthy Body!
well hello there-
I am a little curious about this recipe. Does it work for people with cystic
acne? My case is not the most severe of cases, but without constant
maintenance…well, lets just say that things can get pretty ugly. Have you
heard about this working for people with acne such as mine?

I have FINALLY found my personal acne cure and would like to share
it with you. I have tried 3 types of antibiotics, countless creams
and lotions and masks, herbal remedies and teas, and diet changes.
But…all of those thing combined are less effective than the green
smoothie I’ve been drinking for 8 months! My skin is now crystal
clear and even! Below, I discuss the benefits of the green
smoothie, and provide a recipe- the ingredients are readily
available, and inexpensive.
1)It cleared up ALL my acne within three weeks in addition to using
Dan’s regimen. It’s my absolute STAPLE for clear skin. If I skip
drinking the smoothie for 1 week, I pay the consequences by breaking
out.
2)It got rid of my pms within 1 month
3)It caused my gray hairs to turn black again at the roots within 4
months
4)It my once-acidic body turn alkaline-which got rid of my anxiety,

5)Blending the greens in a smoothie and drinking it is more
effective than eating a salad- the blender does a lot of breaking
up/chewing, so my body has to do less work to absorb the nutrients.
By eating a salad, to absorb the same amount of nutrients you’d get
in a smoothie, you’d have to be chewing for a LONG time!
6)When I indulge in dairy and sugar during a moment of weakness, I
am able to prevent zits from forming by drinking 32 oz smoothie
7)It’s a great detoxifier- keeps me nice and regular
8)It got rid of my anemia- the dark green leafy veggies in it have
lots of iron, and the fruits in it have vitamin c which makes
absorption of iron effective.
Here’s the Recipe:
6 oz apple juice or water
1 banana
1 mango (or papaya)
1 chopped up apple
6 leaves of kale (lacinato, curly, or purple curly). Eventually you
can add other green leafy veggies like dandelion greens, red swiss
chard, and green chard.
-place the first three ingredients in a blender, and blend until
smooth. Keeping the blender on, add each kale leaf one by one and
blend til you have a beautiful dark green smoothie.
-drink at least 16-32 oz daily until the acne goes away, and follow
Dan’s regimen. You can eventually drink 16 oz four times per week.
Try to avoid dairy and sugar as well.
