Hello everyone! I have been subscribed to this group
for a while and decided that I should make a post so
that I can contribute once in a while! I am nearly 26
and have been waging the war against acne since my
teens; not just my face, but my arms, back and chest
as well. I have tried many different products, but
discovered that it takes (at least for me) a
combination of external cleansing products and a close
monitoring of the foods that I ingest!
Please know that what I post is by no means a cure for
everyone, but for some it may give you some new ideas.
You can take or leave anything you wish!

I was wondering if any of you have every tried Arbonne Clear?

My skin has been really great since I have been using neutrogena ….
my wrinkles have also decreased as a result of relastin!

any solutions on how to smoothen face ?
or maybe strengthen face skin maybe using some sort of mask ?

i went for needlin treatment ones,
ice pick scars still quite obvious.

any solutions
pls help me out. as i spend loads on normal product and nothing seems
to work..

Then, here’s the clincher! I was reading about hormonal imbalances
and I ran across an herb called Vitex, aka chasteberry. They say it
helps regulate hormones, since I knew it was hormone related because
my menstruation cycles were all crazy and acne just popped up after
never having any. Well, I went to the health food store and the women
that worked there told me her story. It was the SAME story as mine!!!
She said many women go through the same thing, but we don’t share it
with each other which is why this group is so wonderful! She said it
fixed her problem after about 3 months of taking this herb. So, I
decided to try it and after only 3 weeks, my face has completely
cleared up! My husband cannot believe it. Now, I don’t know if it
was a combination of those things I did or all 3, but I’m sooo happy!

PS. I also do NAET (www.naet.com), which is how I found out I was
allergic to Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Since my body could not process

Well, after faithfully reading posts on this site (thank you so much),
I wanted to share my experience that has finally CURED my acne after 4
years !!!
I’ve read many books and like most of you have already said, the
problem starts from the inside, so all these topical suggestions
really aren’t LONG TERM solutions.
Well, first I changed my diet. Increased fruits, vegetables and fiber!
Then, I took a Candida cleanse. It is a cleansing product you can buy
at any health food store, even GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. That lasted for
about 45 days.
Then, I did a Whole body Cleanse. This was amazing. I lost 5 pounds
just cleaning out my system. That was a 2 week program which cleans
your liver, kidney, colon and blood and maybe other stuff, too.

Then, here’s the clincher! I was reading about hormonal imbalances
