Vitamin B5
I don’t think you can see any difference within such a short time as 5
days. It may take a few months.
Hi all, i’m very frustrated right now, i start my summer classes on
monday and i’ve been taking a b-complex vitamin, which is a bunch of b
vitamins, for about 5 days now hoping it would help but it hasnt yet.
Does anybody know if taking just B5 would be better, supposedly your
suppose to take 10grams per day. Has anyone tried it? And Has it worked?
I losing hope here any info would help ~thanks Alias~
